You know...part of the reason it is so short is because her writing is so tight. There is nothing at all in this book that doesn't need to be there. I love that.

And ITA about the cover. It really makes it seem like it's something it's not.

Oh, and when she says over and over, "what's the worst thing you've ever done?" and you think, well, Parker's bad thing can't be THAT bad. And then she finally comes out with it and it's that moment of OH SNAP. She really pays off with all that build up and suspense.

Man, I love this book.
